Return and Exchange Policy

The buyer has the right to exchange or return the goods in good condition, subject to the procedure established by the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of the Rights of Neighbors”.

Returning the product to the correct quality is possible for the sake of preserving the appearance of the product, the remaining authorities, without traces of abuse, labels, as well as the presence of a document that confirms the fact of purchase.

Returning the product to the original address of the Seller is responsible for the Buyer's responsibility and does not require release. The buyer can return the goods in good condition within fourteen days from the date of purchase.

Warranty of the goods is completed within 14 (fourteen) business days from the moment of receipt by the Seller of the goods, to the Buyer’s account for which payment was made, or otherwise request, given by the Buyer, for his written application.
